All voucher codes are live straight away – so once you receive a voucher, it should be working on our website.
If you have tried to redeem it and it does not work, please check your voucher and try the following:
1. Double check that you are using the right code.
From time to time, people use their security code or order number supplied from the voucher company where it was purchased. You need to be using the redemption code.
2. Check your voucher’s expiry date – is this still valid?
On your voucher check the ‘valid from’ date, which is often found below the code. If you forget to redeem, we may be able to extend the voucher for you if it is only a few days out. However, if it has been over one week, unfortunately, this isn’t the case. You will need to contact your voucher provider directly.
3. Check that the voucher code that you are putting in is accurate.
If you are copying and pasting your voucher, make sure that there are no blank spaces at the beginning or at the end of your voucher – this will invalidate your code.
4. Try to avoid typing it in manually.
Typing is less accurate because it is easy to get the letter o confused with the number 0 etc. The easiest way to insert your code is to copy (ctrl + c) and paste (ctrl + v). If you must type your code in, please type it exactly as it is shown, in capital letters, with no spaces.
5. Have you already redeemed your voucher code?
Have you already tried to place your order? If so, it is most likely that you have placed your order with us already. You can go to: http://mezoo.co.uk/my-account/view-order/
Once you have clicked the link, log into your account and an order will show if it has already been placed.
If the payment is missing and the order is pending, click “Pay” and click through to confirm your order.
If your order is listed as processing or confirmed, don’t worry – we have your order and it will be with you shortly!
