Can I redeem my Voucher over the phone or collect in person?

All Vouchers have to be redeemed electronically though the website so they are all accounted for.  Collection in person is not possible for voucher orders.   If you looking for a bespoke size that is not on the site, we should be able to accommodate you – please contact us & we should be able to help you.

How do I use my Voucher?

Once you have bought your voucher, your voucher is valid immediately. Your voucher is valid site-wide so if you want to upgrade the product, you can add your selection to the basket & just pay the extra. Sorry, it is strictly one voucher per order.

Can I use more than one voucher at a time?

So, you have purchased more than one voucher? Unfortunately, our systems recognise every voucher as a separate order, so it is not possible to use more than one voucher at once. This means there must be one voucher per transaction. Multiple orders must be processed separately.

I didn’t use my voucher code in time. What can I do?
